Country mixed salad

Lettuce, radicchio, chicory, cappuccinos, rocket, sprouts of fennel, pimpinella, endive, pieces of celery and fennel, red radishes, sliced carrot, sliced green tomatoes, cucumbers, borage, salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar.
All vegetables selected and washed have to be cut in 2-3 cm pieces and mixed in a bowl, before salted without exceeding, then add some wine vinegar, then a great Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Mix with the hands so that nothing is unseasoned.
